NO MORE POVERTY, INC. (nmp.org), a new non-profit organization founded by brothers Julian and Michael Omidi, is pleased to provide financial support to 9 year-old Jonas Corona and his charity Love in the Mirror (www.loveinthemirror.org).

Through Love in the Mirror, Jonas strives to inspire other young people to make a difference through their volunteer commitment of providing needy and homeless youth basic necessities such as food, clothing and learning materials. Jonas and Love in the Mirrorwere recently featured on the ABC television show Secret Millionaire.

“This young man is an incredibly loving, caring little soul. I also want to recognize Jonas’ leadership and ingenuity because it’s only through dedication like his that we can help those who are hurting and change this world,” says Julian Omidi co-founder of NO MORE POVERTY. “Our charity is looking to support people and organizations with novel means of addressing poverty and Love in the Mirrorcertainly fits that bill.”

Love in the Mirror was founded by Jonas three years ago, when he was only six. He chose the name of his charity because “every kid should look in the mirror and love themselves.” The Omidis are looking to lend support to similar charities who are partners in the fight for NO MORE POVERTY. Recommendations are welcome and can be submitted at nmp.org.
